  • Procedure for the realization and cancellation of the classrooms and/or computer rooms bookings from the School:
1.- Check availability in the application AGH

2.- Make the booking request by any of these media:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it with thw following data: responsible for the booking, date of the beginning of the booking, date of the end of the booking, preferential classroom, capacity, timetable, reason, observations, necessary material
  • Fill in the booking form

3.- So as to the certify the realization of the booking, the booking request will have to be made before 12 am. the working day before the data of the activity.

4.- Academic Planning will send an e-mail with the booking confirmation and the designated room.

5.- If there is any modification related to the room booked, it will have to be communicated to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

6.- It is forbidden to occupy a room without being previously booked.
