1. Bilateral agreement
- To start an exchange programme, a bilateral agreement between the home institution and the ETSEIB must be in place; please check with the International Relations Office at your home Institution if this is the case before you apply.
- If so foreseen in the agreement signed by the home institution and the ETSEIB, registration and tuition will be free of charge.

2. Language requirements
- The ETSEIB reserves the right to reject the application of those students who have not sufficient Spanish level to follow courses.
3. Application form online

Admissions periods - Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will automatically be rejected!!
- Candidates starting in the autumn term (beginning of September) - From the 1st of April until the 1st of June
- Candidates starting in the spring term (beginning of February)- From the 1st of October until the 1st of December
- Candidates starting in the spring term (beginning of February)- From the 1st of October until the 1st of December
4. Admitted students
- Once the documents submitted by the candidate have been assessed, the status of the candidate on our application online system will be "Accepted application". If appropriate, they will also receive a letter of admission that is required in order to obtain a student visa at the Spanish embassy or consulate.
- Students who have been admitted have to arrive one week before the commencement of the academic year to attend the welcome meetings.

- The ETSEIB reserves the right to deny registration to students who arrive 15 days after courses have started.
